Can I pay without PayPal? - YES, You can pay without having PayPal, please see instructions below:
- At check out enter your shipping information - select "Pay with PayPal".
- A popup will open, scroll down to the bottom and select "Pay with Debit or Credit Card"
- A New window will open that reads Pay With PayPal - you must enter your email here and click next
- You will now see the paypal guest checkout screen, and you can pay directly with your card- no need to have a PayPal account or log in.
Free T Shirts
What size will my free T Shirt be? - When ordering during a promotion with free t-shirt, your free t will come in the size of the other t shirts on your order.
Did my free T Shirt ship with my order? - When items ship the free t shirt will not be included on your shipping e-mail but we can assure you it will be in the package as long as the code was used at time of purchase. Please do not reach out to ask if your free tee is included, it is!
Please remember you MUST use code at checkout to receive a free t-shirt and no two offers can be combined. If you use a % off discount you will not receive a free t-shirt.
How does the code work for free T Shirt? - Use Code (Code for that day) at checkout. Add only the items you are paying for to the cart. The free t shirt will be included based on entering code at checkout. You must enter your selection for the free t-shirt in the notes section at checkout if it is a pick your own. If we give you options by code, use the code that corelates with the T Shirt you would like. You will see the code applied and a .01 discount. This means the code worked and you’ll receive the tee for free. Must use code. ONE FREE T PER ORDER. Cannot be combined with any other offers. No changes can be made once an order is placed
When will my order ship? - Standard lead time for production on full price orders is 7-14 business days prior to shipment as all items are handmade to order.
If you purchase during a BOGO/Sale/Using a discount code, lead time is 3-5 weeks for production prior to shipment.
If you purchased during our very limited 50% Off Sale, Lead time is 6-8 weeks for production prior to shipment as all items are handmade to order. We do anticipate many orders shipping ahead of this time frame and finishing production at our normal sale lead time (3-5 weeks).

Has my order been handed over to USPS? - If you received a tracking number, your order has been dropped to the Post Office in a bulk shipment within 3 days of the label creation date. USPS is expereincing numerous delays that are beyond our control. We often don't see an initial scan for the first 3-4 days. We assure you that the Post Office has your package and it will be moving soon. If you see no movement on your package after 1 week, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will put a trace on your package.
Incorrect Address Entry - My package was bounced back, what now? Please note, DND. is not responsible for packages that are mis-delivered or go missing due to incorrect address, recepient or zipcodes being entered. It is the customer's responsibility to enter the proper address, with a valid recepient and unit # if there is more than one resident to a building. Should your package be returned to DND (and deliered to DND.) we will reach out to you to regarding reshipment. If we do not receive the package back and the address or recepient is not valid, it is the customers responsibility to deal with USPS on this.
Two of my items have different shipment times - when will my order ship? Your order will ship as soon as ALL items finish production. We ship all orders in one package whenever possible. Please plan for the longer lead time of the two items.
How will my order ship internationally? - We ship with FedEx International Priority or UPS Expedited International - we do not ship USPS international unless no other service is available.
Can I make changes to my order? - Absolutely no changes can be made to your order once placed. We cannot make any changes to your shipping address or items in your order.
Can I Return a purchase? - All sales are final. All items are custom, made to order items, therefore we do not accept returns, exchanges or process refunds for any order once it is placed in production.
